Michael Polly

Michael is the Senior Vice President of Product Management for WellAIr. Michael leads the team that is responsible for the entire product life-cycle, as well as providing ongoing technical product marketing support.

Michael has accomplished 25+ years of consistent YoY growth in a range of industries and across 100+ countries, successfully delivering value creation via organic and inorganic means. His experience includes a range of leadership positions in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and Business Development within Fortune 500 companies, including JCI/Tyco and Danaher. He has a broad range of product expertise covering physical products, software, and cloud-based solutions. He has played pioneering roles in the “Smart” products market evolution, with successful products delivering growth in Smart Building, Smart Home, Smart Grid, and Smart Transit sectors.

Michael holds an MBA from the University of Ulster and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Queen’s University.
